Activities provided by an authorized person – Construction Project Engineer

We offer full service to customers whose construction projects are still in the stage of ideas by taking all necessary steps to obtain a building permit. Specifically, our services include coordination and processing of the individual stages of project documentation and ensuring approval of all relevant participants in construction proceedings.

• Within the ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES segment, we offer the following activities:
  Preparation and processing of builders’ plans for future construction works.
• Selection of architects and construction designers, coordination of design works.
• Managing the process of obtaining building permits and zoning approvals.
• Specification of assumed budgetary costs of construction works.
• Leading and managing coordination meetings with stakeholders, in particular architects and construction designers.
  Acting on behalf of builders (investors) in the process of construction proceedings before relevant local authorities and other participants of the proceedings.
• Processing of materials for a Construction Organization Plan (COP).
